The stock has managed to hold above key moving averages, reflecting a bullish trend in the short term. The recent range breakout suggests that bulls are gaining control, paving the way for a continuation of the upward move. Momentum indicators are also showing signs of strength and have given a bullish crossover in Monday’s trading session. It can advance higher towards the 1190 -1220 zone in the coming sessions. On the downside, the 20DMA at 1106 currently is likely to act as a key support level.Buy Bajaj Auto above Rs 11850; Stop Loss: Rs 11650 on a closing basis; Target: Rs 12150–12400 Bajaj Auto continues to trade in a strong uptrend after a sharp rally from the July lows. The stock is currently witnessing a healthy consolidation near its recent highs, which is often seen as a sign of strength rather than weakness. Despite the sideways movement, prices have remained comfortably above the 20-day SMA and 40-day EMA, indicating that buyers continue to maintain control. The ongoing consolidation appears to be a pause within the broader upward trend and could act as a base for the next leg of the move. As long as the stock holds above 11650, the short-term outlook remains positive, with potential for an advance towards the 12150-12400 zone in the coming sessions.Buy Engineers India at CMP; Stop Loss: Rs 246 on a closing basis; Target: Rs 267–272 Engineers India has shown encouraging price action after completing a corrective phase. The stock rallied sharply from its July 24 low, forming a clear five-wave up move before entering a brief A-B-C style pullback. Importantly, this correction found support near the key daily moving averages, indicating that the broader trend remains intact. The stock has since bounced back strongly and is now attempting to resume its upward trajectory. The recent recovery suggests renewed buying interest at lower levels and points to the possibility of further gains. Going ahead, the stock can move towards the 267-272 zone in the coming sessions, while 246 is expected to provide strong support on any intermediate decline.Buy NMDC at CMP; Stop Loss: Rs 82.50 on a closing basis; Target: Rs 89.50–92 NMDC appears to be witnessing a gradual improvement in momentum after a healthy consolidation over the past few weeks. The stock recently found support near its 40-week EMA, a level that has historically acted as an important demand zone, and has started to bounce back from there. This suggests that buyers are stepping in at lower levels and the broader uptrend remains intact. The recent price action indicates that the corrective phase may be nearing an end, while momentum indicators are also showing early signs of recovery. If the stock continues to hold above the rising trendline support, it can move higher towards the 89.50-92 zone in the coming trading sessions. On the downside, 82.50 remains a key support level and is likely to cushion any short-term weakness.(Disclaimer: Recommendations and views on the stock market, or any other asset classes or personal finance management tips given by experts and analysts are their own.
