Candidates who participated in the final phase counselling can check their allotment status through the official AP EAPCET Admissions Portal once the result is released.The final phase allotment is the last stage of the state-level counselling process for undergraduate professional courses. Candidates can check their allotment status through the AP EAPCET Admissions Portal by following these steps:Step 1: Visit the official AP EAPCET Admissions Portal.Step 2: Open the Candidate Login section.Step 3: Enter the required login details, including Hall Ticket Number, date of birth or password.Step 4: View the final phase seat allotment status.Step 5: Download and print the allotment letter.The allotment is based on the candidate’s entrance examination rank and the preferences submitted during the counselling process.Online and physical reporting are mandatoryCandidates who receive an allotment must first complete online self-reporting through the counselling portal. They must then report physically to the allotted college with the required documents to complete the admission process.The final phase covers undergraduate professional courses including B.Tech, B.Pharm, Pharma.D, B.Sc Agriculture and Horticulture.AP EAMCET 2026 qualification figuresMore than 3.53 lakh candidates applied for the entrance examination this year. In the Engineering stream, 2,58,545 candidates appeared for the examination and 1,82,317 qualified, recording a qualification percentage of 70.52%.In the Agriculture and Pharmacy stream, 70,929 candidates appeared and 63,546 qualified. The qualification percentage for this stream was 89.59%.Engineering seat availabilityAdmissions are being processed across approximately 247 participating institutes. The total Engineering intake is around 1,50,828 seats for the 2026 academic session.Around 70% to 75% of the total intake, approximately 1.05 lakh seats, falls under the Convenor Quota through centralised counselling. The remaining 25% to 30% is available through Category-B institutional admissions.Around 44,073 seats were estimated to remain vacant after the Phase 1 reporting process. EEE, Civil and Mechanical were among the branches with relatively higher vacancies.Category-B counselling in SeptemberThe separate counselling process for Category-B institutional seats is expected to begin in September 2026. APSCHE is expected to issue the relevant notification for management quota admissions.For candidates participating in the final phase, August 31, 2026, remains the deadline for completing both online self-reporting and physical reporting at the allotted institution.
