Nayanthara and filmmaker Vignesh Shivan recently hosted double Olympic medallist PV Sindhu and her husband Venkata Datta Sai during their visit to Chennai. The couple enjoyed a warm dinner with the star couple, which turned into a special evening filled with food, conversations and laughter.Sharing pictures from the dinner on Instagram, PV Sindhu spoke about the memorable evening and thanked Nayanthara and Vignesh for their warm hospitality.

PV Sindhu shared a heartfelt note about the evening and said the dinner changed the way she looked at her bond with Nayanthara and Vignesh.She wrote, “Beautiful evening. Amazing food. Conversations from the heart and endless laughter. Funny how some dinners can change the way you see people. You walk in as friends, talk about life, love and everything in between, and somehow leave feeling like you’ve known each other forever.”Sindhu also spoke about her special connection with Chennai and said the city now feels even more like home.She added, “Chennai has always felt like home with my beloved aunty @senthilkumararthi there, but after this evening, it somehow feels like I have a little more family waiting for me there now. Wickii & Nayan, you two are all heart.”

Speaking of Nayanthara’s work, she is recently seen in Yash’s much awaited ‘Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups’ directed by Geetu Mohandas. She plays the role of Ganga who is the sister of Yash’s character Raya.Along with Nayanthara, the film also features Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Huma Qureshi and Rukmini Vasantha in the leading roles.She is also seen in the romance drama, ‘Hi’ alongside actor Kevin.Meanwhile, she is currently working on the Salman Khan starrer tentatively called, ‘SVC 63’ directed by Vamshi Paidipally.
