Malayalam cinema’s evergreen comedy stars Jagadish, Mukesh, Siddique and Ashokan are coming together for a new movie. The four actors will headline the upcoming comedy family entertainer ‘Paathiraakkurukkan’.The project marks their reunion after a gap of 16 years. The movie also has an unusual musical feature involving its four lead actors. Jagadish, Mukesh, Siddique and Ashokan will sing together for a song in the film.

‘Paathiraakkurukkan’ is directed by debutant filmmaker Jayesh Venugopal. The movie is designed as a comedy thriller with family entertainment at its core. It is scheduled to reach theatres in October.
Four actors to sing together in ‘Paathiraakkurukkan’
Jagadish, Mukesh, Siddique and Ashokan are set to sing together for the first time in a movie. The music for ‘Paathiraakkurukkan’ has been composed by Gopi Sundar. The first-look poster was earlier unveiled through the social media pages of Mohanlal and Manju Warrier.The screenplay for the film was written by Sunil Karma and Nikhil Jinan. The technical crew includes cinematographer Selvakumar S and editor Athul Vijay. Mansoor Vettathoor serves as the production controller, while Shimna B is the project designer. Thyagu Thavanur handles the art direction. Rajesh Nenmara is responsible for makeup, while Sukesh Thanur handles the costumes.
‘Paathiraakkurukkan’ to hit theatres in October
Along with the four central actors, ‘Paathiraakkurukkan’ features a large supporting cast. Indrans, Nirmal Palazhi, Vineeth Thattil, Riyas Narmakala, Sudheer Paravoor, Kutty Akhil, Aneesh Gopal, Tessa Joseph and Ajayan Madayikkal are part of the movie. PRO is Manu Sivan. Social media influencers Ashwita and Ashwija will also appear in prominent roles.Meanwhile, Jagadish, Mukesh, Siddique and Ashokan were previously seen together for the horror comedy film ‘In Harihar Nagar,’ which turned out to be a blockbuster.
