The movie also saw its overall occupancy fall from 22.0% on Friday to 18.0% on Saturday.

The Malayalam 2D version of ‘It’s a Medical Miracle’ recorded 19.43% overall occupancy based on its show timings on Saturday. The morning shows registered 9.58% occupancy. The afternoon shows recorded 17.08%. The evening shows had 15.83% occupancy, while the night shows registered the highest figure at 30.42%.The overall occupancy was 22.0% on the opening day. The second day therefore brought a decline in both occupancy and net earnings.

The movie follows a young man who is declared brain-dead but unexpectedly regains consciousness. Despite his condition, he can hear everything happening around him. He then begins searching for the nurse whose voice helped keep him alive. His journey soon takes him into a disturbing world filled with masks, memories and revenge. Every sound becomes potentially important in his search. What appears to be a clue could also turn out to be a trap. Sangeeth Prathap and Sharafudheen play key roles in the movie.
