One person’s efforts to clean up polluted spaces have now caught the attention of a Bengaluru-based CEO, who says he wants to do more than just praise the work.Siddharth Dialani recently took to X to express his admiration for Bittu Tabahi’s cleanliness drives. He also asked people online to help connect him with the volunteer, saying he would like to contribute to the work.“I’m personally inspired by Bittu Tabahi. Looking at his work motivates me to do more for cleanliness in India. Can someone connect me to him?” Dialani wrote.He went on to say that he wanted to support some of Bittu Tabahi’s activities and was willing to raise funds from like-minded people to help support the scale at which he works.

Bittu Tabahi, whose reported real name is Surendra Singh Choudhary, has gained attention online for his cleanliness efforts at the Ajnar River ghats in Madhya Pradesh.Videos shared on social media show him removing waste from polluted areas and cleaning up stretches around the river.His work has also led to conversations online about whether similar efforts could be supported and carried out in other parts of the country.
People offer to contribute
Dialani’s post prompted several users to discuss ways they could support the cleanliness drives.“He can clean the whole of India. And our uncivilised people will keep giving him work for a lifetime. It worries me to think that he can clean, but when are we going to take the effort to keep it that way?” one user wrote.Another said that Bittu Tabahi regularly shares his UPI details and QR code on Instagram and encouraged others to contribute.“Excellent, sir. Please count me in for small contributions as well,” another person commented.One user said they were currently unemployed but hoped to contribute once they found a job.“The first thing I will do after receiving a salary from any job is contribute to his cleanliness drives!” they wrote.Some users also suggested taking the work beyond Madhya Pradesh.
