DU UG admission 2026: CSAS round 2 schedule revised; accept seats by July 27

The University of Delhi (UoD) has revised the schedule for Undergraduate (UG) Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) 2026 Round 2 admissions. Candidates who have been allotted seats in the second round can accept their allotted seat and download the allotment letter through the official admission portal, admission.uod.ac.in. According to the revised schedule, candidates can confirm their allotted seats until July 27, 2026. After candidates accept their seats, colleges will verify and approve the applications by July 28, 2026. The last date for candidates to pay the admission fee online is July 29, 2026. The university will begin the 2026–27 academic session from July 28, 2026.

Candidates can download their Round 2 seat allotment result by logging in with their application number and password.

Delhi University has also released the Round 2 college-wise cut-offs for all participating colleges. In the second round of admissions:

  • 24,814 candidates received fresh seat allotments.
  • 30,682 candidates were upgraded to a higher-preference course or college.
  • 15,265 candidates had already frozen their seats after the first round and retained their earlier allotments.

Candidates who selected the upgrade option after Round 1 were considered for higher-preference programmes or colleges in Round 2, while those who chose to freeze their seats continued with their previously allotted seats.

About DU UG admissions 2026

Delhi University is conducting admissions to 73 undergraduate programmes and more than 100 Bachelor of Arts (BA) Programme subject combinations offered across 67 affiliated colleges. Admissions are being carried out on the basis of candidates’ Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2026 scores. Candidates are advised to complete all admission formalities within the revised deadlines to secure their allotted seats.
