NEET PG 2026 selective edit window opens today; correct application images by August 10
NBEMS has started the NEET PG 2026 image correction process for candidates whose applications require revisions. Eligible applicants can update their photograph, signature and thumb impression through the Scrutiny tab by August 10. The test city intimation slip will be released on August 11, while the admit card is scheduled for August 27 ahead of the August 30 examination.

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has opened the selective edit window for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2026 applications from today, July 31, 2026. The correction window would enable applicants to correct any mistakes that might exist in uploaded images and other documents. It is only the applicants notified by NBEMS about the deficiency in their applications that can make use of the correction window. The facility will be available until August 10, 2026.Candidates will be allowed to replace or upload corrected versions of the following: Photograph, Signature, Thumb impressionTo make these changes, candidates must log in to their NEET PG 2026 dashboard and access the Scrutiny tab, where details of the deficiencies will be available.

NEET PG 2026 application: How to correct images

Candidates can follow the steps elucidated here to correct the images in the NEET PG application 2026:Step 1: Visit the official NEET PG website.Step 2: Log in using the registered credentials.Step 3: Open the Scrutiny tab on the candidate dashboard.Step 4: Upload the corrected photograph, signature or thumb impression, as required.Step 5: Save the changes and submit the application before the deadline.Candidates should ensure that the revised images meet the specifications prescribed by NBEMS to avoid further rejection.

What happens after the image correction window?

Once the selective edit process is completed, NBEMS will release the NEET PG 2026 test city intimation slip on August 11, 2026. This document will only inform candidates about the city where they have been allotted an examination centre. It is not the admit card.The final admit card, which has all the information about the examination center, will be available on August 27, 2026. The date for NEET PG 2026 exam is August 30, 2026.
