AIIMS New Delhi has launched the online choice filling process for B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing 2026 admissions and updated the counselling schedule for M.Sc. Nursing.

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, has started the online choice filling process for admission to the B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing 2026 programme. Alongside this, the institute has also revised the counselling schedule for M.Sc. Nursing admissions, with the Round 1 seat allotment result set to be declared on August 6, 2026.Candidates who qualified in the entrance examination can now log in to the official counselling portal and submit their preferred AIIMS institutes and, in the case of MSc Nursing, their preferred specialisations. The counselling process is being conducted online through the official AIIMS examination website.

Choice filling window now open

Eligible candidates can access their counselling dashboard using their Registration ID, password, and Registration Unique Code (RUC). After logging in, they must carefully select and arrange their preferred AIIMS campuses in order of priority.For M.Sc. Nursing aspirants, the counselling portal also allows candidates to choose their preferred specialisation. AIIMS has advised applicants to verify every choice before locking them, as the final seat allotment will be based on the preferences submitted.Candidates should ensure that they complete and lock their choices before the prescribed deadline. Unlocked or incomplete choices may be treated as per the counselling guidelines, which could affect the allotment process.

MSc Nursing round 1 allotment on August 6

According to the revised counselling schedule, the Round 1 seat allotment result for M.Sc. Nursing will be announced on August 6, 2026, through the candidate login portal.Once the allotment results are declared, selected candidates will have to complete the next stages of the admission process. These include online seat acceptance, verification of submitted choices and document verification within the stipulated timeline. Failure to complete the required formalities may result in cancellation of the allotted seat.

AIIMS Nursing 2026 choices: Steps to fill

Candidates can complete the counselling process by following these steps:Step 1: Visit the official AIIMS examination website at aiimsexams.ac.in.Step 2: Click on ‘Academic Courses’ and select the relevant programme—B.Sc.
