The revised timeline covers admissions under the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) and 100% of seats in Deemed Universities, Central Universities, AIIMS, JIPMER and AFMC institutions for MBBS, BDS and B.Sc Nursing courses.The updated schedule was issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on August 19, 2026. Choice locking starts at 5:30 PM on August 17 and remains available until 11:59 PM on August 18.Seat allotment processing is scheduled for August 19 and August 20, with the Round 1 result due on August 21, 2026.Candidates allotted seats will have to complete reporting and joining from August 22 to August 31, 2026.
