Shahid Kapoor is officially back in action for ‘Farzi 2’. Fresh off a holiday, the actor has stepped straight into a demanding shoot schedule, picking up where the breakout debut season left off. The first season became a crime thriller hit, largely due to his standout performance.

‘Farzi 2′ resumes shoot in Mumbai

According to Bollywood Hungama, Shahid has returned to work following his trip to Italy, resuming filming for the highly anticipated second season. He is presently shooting an outdoor schedule in Mumbai, stepping back into the shoes of Sunny, the role he portrayed in the first installment of the black comedy crime thriller.With ‘Farzi 2’, Shahid steps back into the role that first drew him into a world of counterfeit currency and crime in the show’s debut season. The upcoming installment ranks among the most eagerly awaited projects on viewers’ radar, fueled largely by his return to the character.
