Prajakta Mali, one of the most popular and recognisable faces in the Marathi film and television industry, has reportedly sold her Mumbai apartment for Rs 1.12 crore, marking a notable real estate transaction. The deal has attracted attention, particularly as it comes just days after the actress purchased another property in Goregaon for Rs 6.42 crore. Here’s a closer look at the two property transactions.

Prajakta Mali’s Goregaon property transactions

Prajakta Dnyaneshwar Mali sold a 473 sq ft flat in Goregaon East for Rs 1.12 crore, according to an agreement for sale document accessed by real estate analytics firm CRE Matrix. The transaction was registered on September 10, 2026, with the actress paying stamp duty of Rs 6.73 lakh. Mali could not be reached for comment on the sale.Notably, the sale came shortly after another property purchase by Mali in the same locality. She bought an apartment for Rs 6.42 crore through a registered sale deed dated August 12, 2026. The property, located in Oberoi Exquisite on Mohan Gokhale Road, spans approximately 996 sq ft of carpet area and comes with a parking space. Based on the registered value, the property works out to around Rs 64,500 per sq ft.According to the sale deed, the total consideration for the property stood at Rs 6.4 crore. Mali reportedly took a housing loan of Rs 5.78 crore from Indian Bank to finance the purchase.
