According to the Reserve Bank of India’s holiday calendar, bank holidays vary across cities and states, so a closure in one part of the country may not apply nationwide.Customers should check their specific branch’s holiday schedule before planning a visit, particularly if they need services that can only be completed at a physical branch. Apart from regional holidays, banks also remain closed on regular Sundays and the second and fourth Saturdays.
