Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, who married in November 2018, posted a joint message on their social media handles. It read, “Welcome, baby girl, 19-9-2026. Dua, Deepika and Ranveer.” The post did not share the newborn’s name. Within minutes, friends from the film industry and fans flooded it with congratulations. Days earlier, the couple had visited Mumbai’s Siddhivinayak Temple to seek blessings ahead of the baby’s arrival.

The little one arrived on a special day, as Radhashtami is being celebrated today. The festival marks the birth of Radha. The couple had announced their second pregnancy in April this year with a picture of Dua holding a positive pregnancy test.

Deepika Padukone will next be seen opposite Shah Rukh Khan in ‘King’, directed by Siddharth Anand, which is scheduled for release on 24 December 2026. She is also part of director Atlee’s big-budget project opposite Allu Arjun, titled ‘Raaka’ for 2027.Ranveer, meanwhile, is riding high on the success of the ‘Dhurandhar’ films directed by Aditya Dhar.
