Ashmit Patel slams trolls over Sohail Khan's looks: 'Don't you have parents who are aged?'

Sohail Khan was recently seen on the reality show ‘Alliance’, and after his appearance wrapped up, he hosted a success party at his home, with photos from the bash soon making the rounds online. But it was his transformed, post-weight-loss look that sparked chatter, as several social media users trolled him with claims he’d used Ozempic, while others pointed out he looked older than brother Salman Khan. Stepping up to defend him against the backlash is actor Ashmit Patel, who happens to be Alvira Khan’s rakhi brother.

Ashmit Patel calls out trolls, defends Sohail’s personality and age

In a chat on the Hindi Rush podcast, Ashmit Patel responded to the trolling directed at Sohail’s appearance. He said, “You guys go and watch Fight Club: Members Only. The personality and physique he carried. He is such a good human being, soft spoken. Pick any of his interviews or watch Alliance, he speaks so softly and he is an amazing person. Logon ka kaam hai bolna, voh toh bolenge hi.” He also called out the trolls for disregarding Sohail’s age, adding, “Everyone will age after sometimes. Don’t you have parents who are aged? This is stupidity. Sabko ek zariya mila hai social media pe apna bhadas nikalne ka (Everyone has got a platform with social media to take out their frustration). Go and find the meaning of troll and you’ll know what you are actually.”
