‘Mandaadi’ trailer: Soori’s intense boat racing drama promises action, rivalry, and emotion

The much-awaited trailer of ‘Mandaadi’ is now out, giving a closer look at the world of boat racing, rivalry, and family emotions. Directed by Mathimaran Pugazhendi, the Tamil sports drama features Soori in the lead role, with Mahima Nambiar, Sathyaraj, Suhas, Mithun Jai Sankar, Ravindra Vijay, Bala Saravanan and Stun Siva in important roles. Produced by Elred Kumar under the RS Infotainment banner, the film is gearing up for a theatrical release on September 10.

‘Mandaadi’ trailer shows Soori in a powerful boat racing role

The trailer introduces Soori as Muthukaali, a skilled boat racer who once dominated the sport before walking away from his village and his past. His return changes the situation as he takes charge of a new team and prepares them for a major boat racing competition. On the other side is the leader called Sattai Puli, who is portrayed by Suhas, thereby creating a clash between the two factions. The conflict of the film lies on the competition that exists, but the trailer has also suggested about the effect of this rivalry on family and relationships. Action, emotion, and racing sequences give the film a strong commercial appeal.
