The poster features Mohanlal in a police uniform. He plays Sub Inspector TS Lovelajan in the upcoming movie. The actor is seated on his bike outside a house in the new poster.‘Athimanoharam’ is being directed by Tharun Moorthy. Mohanlal shared the festive poster along with an Onam greeting. He wrote, “എല്ലാവർക്കും അതിമനോഹരമായ ഓണാശംസകൾ .”
Meera Jasmine reunites with Mohanlal
‘Athimanoharam’ brings Mohanlal and Meera Jasmine together again. The actors were previously seen together in the 2025 Malayalam movie ‘Thudarum’.Meera Jasmine plays Naisy in the upcoming movie. She portrays the wife of Mohanlal’s character. The film combines a police procedural with family drama.
Ratheesh Ravi leads the writing team
Ratheesh Ravi has penned the screenplay for ‘Athimanoharam’. He has previously been associated with movies such as ‘Ishq’ and ‘Adi’. Shaji Kumar is handling the cinematography. Jakes Bejoy is composing the music.
‘Athimanoharam’ has a strong technical team
National Award winner Vivek Harshan is responsible for editing the movie. Vishnu Govind is handling the sound design. Binu Pappu is associated with the project as co-director. Gokuldas has worked on the art direction. Mashar Hamza is the costume designer, while Ronex Xavier is handling makeup.
Mammootty shares Onam wishes
Mammootty also marked Thiruvonam with a social media post. The actor shared a casual picture of himself wearing a shirt and mundu.He wished his followers on the occasion and wrote, “എല്ലാവർക്കും എന്റെ ഹൃദയം നിറഞ്ഞ തിരുവോണാശംസകൾ .”Mohanlal and Mammootty were recently seen together in the action movie ‘Patriot’. Mahesh Narayanan directed the project. The movie received mixed reviews.Meanwhile, ‘Athimanoharam’ is scheduled to arrive in theatres in December 24.
