The teaser introduces a family from Meerut whose seemingly ordinary life takes an unexpected turn when the brother-in-law begins suspecting that his seemingly perfect sister-in-law could actually be a daayan (witch). The mystery takes centre stage when he makes the shocking accusation: “Bhabhi daayan hai.” (Sister in law is a witch)What follows is a quirky mix of family dynamics, supernatural elements, comedy and action.Yami appears to be a traditional bride, but there is clearly more to her character than meets the eye. Her mysterious persona is also reminiscent of the film’s first-look poster, released in August, which featured the actress in a traditional saree while battling and killing monsters.
