The Ranveer Singh-starrer ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ may soon be entering the Grammy race. The film hit the headlines on Friday after rumours of the film contending at the upcoming music gala went . cviral online.T-Series and B62 Studios are reportedly mounting a campaign for the film’s soundtrack and several of its songs across multiple categories. The campaign spotlights composer Shashwat Sachdev’s work, with tracks such as ‘Phir Se’, ‘Aari Aari’ and ‘Jaiye Sajana’ among the entries.The campaign gives the film’s music an opportunity to gain international visibility.However, the submissions do not secure Grammy nominations. The entries must meet the Recording Academy’s eligibility requirements and go through its voting process before they can score a nomination.‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ will reportedly campaign under various categories, including Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media. Several songs from the film have also been submitted for consideration in individual categories. As per reports, ‘Phir Se’ has been listed under Best Song Written for Visual Media, while ‘Jaan Se Guzarte Hai’ and ‘Kanhaiyya’ feature under Best Global Music Performance. ‘Aari Aari’ has been submitted in the Best Asian Pop Music Performance category.

The next show, taking place on February 7, 2027, will see 5 new categories, including in the Latin, Asian Pop and R&B genres, and several key updates, including the Best New Artist and Best Album categories.

In a related move that extends recognition for songwriters, contributors to winning albums in most genre album categories will now receive Grammy statuettes and Achievement Certificates, which producers and engineers already receive
