Finance company alleges mortgage payments have been missed since December 2025

The property is being treated in the bankruptcy plan.”The attorney further described the lender’s move as “an impulsive move by the servicer” and said the motion was being reset.“The focus should be on Pinky righting her finances and growing her business to fund her plan of reorganization,” Christy added. The latest filing adds to the financial challenges facing Cole as she works through her bankruptcy case.
