UPSC CDS 2 exam 2026 date

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the schedule for the Combined Defence Services (CDS) 2 examination 2026. Candidates appearing for the exam can check the schedule on the official website, upsc.gov.in.The UPSC CDS 2 examination 2026 will be conducted on September 13, 2026. The exam will be held in three shifts.

UPSC CDS 2 exam 2026: Important instructions

Candidates must use only a black ballpoint pen to write and mark answers on the Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) answer sheet. Pencils and ink pens are not allowed.Candidates should also carefully fill in details such as their roll number and Test Booklet Series Code. Any mistake or omission while filling or encoding these details may lead to rejection of the answer sheet.The CDS 2 exam will also have negative marking.
